Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for glossy special-shaped nylon 6 elastic filament.
This standard applies to elastic filament processed from polyamide as raw material, with a linear density range of 11 dtex to 390 dtex (for twisted filament, the nominal linear density before twisting), and a single filament linear density of 1.1 dtex to 5.0 dtex. It also applies to the quality inspection, acceptance, and arbitration of glossy nylon 6 elastic filament with triangular and trilobate cross-sections.
