GB/T 40566-2021 Granular polysilicon produced by fluidized bed method—Determination of hydrogen—Pulse heating inert gas fusion infrared absorption method
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes a method for determining the hydrogen content in particulate silicon by pulse heating inert gas melting and infrared absorption.
This document is suitable for determining the hydrogen content in particulate silicon using the fluidized bed method, and other silicon materials can be used for reference.
Note: The range of hydrogen content determined by this document depends on the measuring range of the hydrogen analyzer used. The maximum measurement range is 0.0008 mg to 2.5 mg of hydrogen. The measurement range of the hydrogen analyzer expressed as a mass fraction (% ) varies depending on the amount of sample taken. For example, the maximum measurement range for a 1 g sample is 0.0008% to 0.25%; for a 0.15 g sample, the maximum measurement range is 0.0006% to 1.66%.
