Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model coding, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for large-scale industrial pressure-bearing equipment inspection robots.
This standard applies to robots that perform inspection tasks inside and outside large-scale industrial pressure-bearing equipment.
This standard does not apply to flight inspection robot systems.
This standard does not apply to large-scale industrial pressure-bearing equipment inspection robots used in special environments such as flammable and explosive, nuclear radiation, high temperature, and low temperature environments.
