Scope
This standard specifies the determination methods for loratadine, benzoyl peroxide, and retinoic acid in cosmetics. This standard is applicable to the determination of loratadine, benzoyl peroxide, and retinoic acid in skin care cosmetics. The detection limit for loratadine and benzoyl peroxide in this standard is 2.5 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit is 5 mg/kg; the detection limit for retinoic acid is 1 mg/kg, and the quantitative limit is 2.5 mg/kg.
