Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, system architecture, normal operating environmental conditions, system functional requirements, system performance requirements, and technical requirements for flywheel energy storage auxiliary systems of flywheel energy storage systems used for power storage (hereinafter referred to as "flywheel energy storage systems"), and describes the system testing methods.
This document is applicable to the on-site testing, inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of flywheel energy storage systems with a rated discharge power of 200 kW or more and connected to the AC grid.
