Scope
This standard specifies the product classification and labeling, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements for preoriented polyamide 66 filament yarn.
This standard applies to preoriented filament yarn (mainly used for processing elastic filament yarn) processed from polyamide-6,6 as raw material, with a nominal linear density range of 8 dtex to 167 dtex, a single filament linear density of 1.0 dtex to 5.5 dtex, and a cross-sectional shape of round, glossy, semi-matte, and fully matte filament yarn. It is used for quality appraisal, acceptance, and arbitration of such yarns.
