Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of metal-covered hoses for connecting gas appliances (hereinafter referred to as hoses), product structure, specifications and model requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to metal-covered hoses used for connecting indoor gas pipes of towns with a nominal size not exceeding 32 mm, a working pressure not exceeding 10 kPa, and an operating temperature range of -10 ℃ to 70 ℃, and whose gas quality complies with the requirements of GB/T 13611. These hoses are used to connect the outlets of pressure regulators for bottled liquefied petroleum gas to gas-burning appliances.
