Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, structural types, product models, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and product instructions, as well as packaging and storage for building water supply shock absorbers (hereinafter referred to as shock absorbers).
This standard applies to building water supply shock absorbers with nominal sizes of DN 15 to DN 400, nominal pressures not exceeding PN 50, and temperatures ranging from 0°C to 70°C.
