GB 22380.2-2010 Explosion protected safety technique of the petrol filling station—Part 2:Safety requirements for construction and performance of safe breaks for use on dispensers
Basic Information
Scope
This part specifies the safety requirements for the structure and performance of safety relief valves used in fuel dispensers installed in gas stations to add liquid fuel to vehicles, ships, light aircraft, or mobile tank containers at a flow rate of no more than 200 L/min (hereinafter referred to as "fuel dispensers").
This part applies to safety relief valves used in fuel dispensers installed in gas stations to add liquid fuel to vehicles, ships, light aircraft, or mobile tank containers at a flow rate of no more than 200 L/min.
This part pays particular attention to the electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic performance of safety relief valves, as well as the electrical equipment installed inside or outside safety relief valves.
This part mainly addresses the risk of ignition of liquid fuel or its vapors during refueling. This part also addresses electrical and non-electrical hazards.
Note: The liquid fuel described in this part does not include liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
