GB/T 13627-2010 Criteria for accident monitoring instrumentation for nuclear power generating stations
GB/T 13627-2010 Criteria for accident monitoring instrumentation for nuclear power generating stations
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the functional and performance requirements for accident monitoring instruments in nuclear power plants, and provides guidance on the selection and classification of accident monitoring variables, as well as the use of portable instruments and the selection of various display methods for accident monitoring instruments.
This standard applies to accident monitoring instruments used in the control room during the following operations:
——Performing anticipated operations for accident mitigation as required;
——Assessing the operating conditions of the power plant and the performance of safety systems, as well as making decisions in response to abnormal events in the power plant;
——Operating to achieve and maintain a safe shutdown of the power plant in the event of an accident.
This standard does not apply to accident monitoring instruments used solely for historical recording or maintenance purposes, nor to instruments used outside the control room to support the shutdown of the power plant.
This standard applies to the design of new nuclear power plants.
This standard can also be applied to the design benchmark evaluation or design modifications of operating nuclear power plants. When conducting a design benchmark evaluation, the entire accident monitoring outline should be analyzed and modified; when making design modifications, the analysis should first be conducted according to the variable selection criteria to determine a complete list of accident monitoring variables and their respective categories.
