Scope
This standard specifies the model naming, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of high-voltage thyristor phase-controlled voltage regulation soft-start devices (hereinafter referred to as "soft-start devices"). This standard applies to soft-start devices for three-phase AC motors with a rated voltage of 3 kV to 10 kV.
