Scope

This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the method for determining the chloride content in meat and meat products. The first method in this part is applicable to the determination of chloride content in meat and meat products with a sodium chloride content greater than or equal to 1.0% (by mass), and the second method is applicable to the determination of chloride content in meat and meat products with a sodium chloride content less than 1.0% (by mass).
