Scope

The emission requirements specified in this document apply to electrical and electronic equipment used in industrial environments (see 3.1.12).
This document does not apply to equipment specified within the scope of GB 17799.3.
The environments described in this document include indoor and outdoor environments in industrial sites.
The frequency range specified in this document is 9 kHz to 400 GHz, which provides sufficient protection for radio reception in the selected frequency range. No measurements are required for unspecified frequency bands. The requirements of this document are essential for providing an adequate level of protection for radio services.
For testing purposes, this document does not cover all interference phenomena, but only considers the relevant interference phenomena of equipment intended to operate in the environments covered by this document.
This document specifies testing requirements for each port considered.
If there are no relevant EMC emission standards for a product or product category, the general EMC emission standards specified in this document apply.
Note 1: This document does not include safety requirements.
Note 2: In special circumstances, the limits specified in this document may not provide sufficient protection, for example, when sensitive receiving equipment is used near the equipment. In these cases, additional improvement measures may be required.
