GB 30439.2-2013 Safety requirements for industrial automation products—Part 2:Safety requirements for pressure(differential) transmitter
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB 20439 specifies the safety requirements for pressure/differential pressure transmitters (hereinafter referred to as transmitters) used in industrial processes, including mechanical hazards, excessive temperatures, the spread of flames from the transmitter to the outside, the effects of fluids and fluid pressure, and explosions and internal explosions.
This part does not include the reliable function, performance, or other characteristics of equipment unrelated to safety, the effectiveness of transport packaging, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements, protective measures against explosive environments, or maintenance (repair) and the protection of maintenance (repair) personnel.
This part applies to transmitters powered by direct current below safe voltage, battery power, or pneumatic power.
