Scope
This standard specifies the general requirements, process requirements, quality requirements for welded joints, repair welding and weld quality inspection, and safety for high-temperature titanium alloy laser welding.
This standard is applicable to the quality evaluation and acceptance of laser welding of high-temperature titanium alloys with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm, including near-α type and α+β type titanium alloys. Titanium alloys of other grades can also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
