Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and models, structure and materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of self-closing valves for pipeline gas.
This standard applies to self-closing valves for pipeline gas used in urban gas that meets the requirements of GB/T 13611, with an operating temperature not exceeding -10 ℃ to 40 ℃, and installed on indoor gas pipelines with a design pressure of less than 10 kPa, and with a nominal size not exceeding 50 mm.
