Scope

This part of GB/T 33588 specifies the requirements and tests for components of lightning protection systems (LPSC): -- Grounding electrode detection boxes (terminal boxes); -- Grounding electrode seals. Grounding electrode detection boxes and grounding electrode seals are also suitable for use in hazardous environments. Components installed under these conditions must take into account the necessary additional requirements. Note: Different conditions and test procedures are described in EN 124 and EN 12531.
