Scope
This standard specifies the types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of dispatch winches. This standard applies to dispatch winches used for dispatching mining cars in coal mines and other mining sites (hereinafter referred to as "winches").
