Scope

This standard specifies the testing methods for antibiotic residues in raw milk.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the testing of antibiotics in raw milk that can inhibit Streptococcus thermophilus; the second method is applicable to the testing of antibiotics in raw milk that can inhibit Bacillus stearothermophilus var. calidolactis, and can also be used for the detection of antibiotics in reconstituted milk, disinfected and sterilized milk, and milk powder.
