Scope

This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement inspection, result evaluation and reporting, sampling methods and sub-sampling methods, moisture determination methods, methods of removing tare weight, inspection original records, and inspection report formats for wheat flour products. It is applicable to measurement supervision and inspection and arbitration inspection of the net content of wheat flour products in the production and circulation fields. For commissioned inspections, this rule can be referred to. Units that produce and sell wheat flour products can also conduct inspections in accordance with this rule.
The wheat flour products subject to inspection should be products that have passed the manufacturer's self-inspection or wheat flour products imported and distributed by sellers.
This rule applies to wheat flour products packaged in breathable materials such as paper, non-woven fabrics, and woven bags.
