Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, types, basic parameters, and working conditions of plastic bottle rinsing and filling capping machines, as well as technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to rotary filling and capping machines (hereinafter referred to as "filling and capping machines") used for low-temperature filling, normal-temperature filling, and hot filling of liquid products in thread-sealed plastic bottles (hereinafter referred to as "bottles").
This standard is mainly applicable to the filling of products such as beverages and seasonings, but it is not suitable for the filling of granular liquid materials and high-viscosity liquid materials, as well as the ultra-clean filling and aseptic filling of liquid materials.
