本文件为评价因硫化氢导致的发光二极管(LED)封装银和银合金变色提供了一种加速试验方法，目的是确定银和银合金变色对LED封装光通量和辐射通量维持率的影响提供相关信息。此外，该试验方法能够为LED封装的电性能因受到银和银合金腐蚀的影响提供相关信息。
试验的目的是确定硫化氢气体对LED封装材料的影响：
——银或银合金；
——有其他保护层的银或银合金；
——用银或银合金覆盖的金属。
本文件不包含因其他因素退化导致的光通量维持率、辐射通量维持率和电性能(例如，铜或硅酮部件的降解)变化。
