本文件规定了在所有玩具上禁止使用的易燃材料的类别及某些可能接触小型火源的玩具的易燃性能要求。
本文件第5章所述的测试方法适用于在特定的测试条件下测试玩具或材料的易燃性能，其测试结果不能被用以确定这些玩具或材料在接近其他火源时完全没有潜在的火灾危险。
