Scope

This section specifies the functions and design specifications of flicker measurement instruments, aiming to display the correct flicker perception level for all actual voltage fluctuation waveforms. This section lists the information for constructing such an instrument and provides a method for evaluating the severity of flicker based on the output results of flicker meters that comply with this section.
