GB/T 6968-2011 Diaphragm gas meters
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for the structure, performance, and safety of 1.5-grade diaphragm gas meters (hereinafter referred to as gas meters) with double or single pipe connections, which have a maximum working pressure of not more than 50 kPa, a maximum flow rate of not more than 160 m3/h, and adapt to a minimum working environment temperature range of -10℃ to +40℃, as well as an adaptive working medium temperature change range of not less than 40 K.
This standard applies to gas meters installed in enclosed spaces (indoors or outdoors with protective measures) or open-air spaces (outdoors without any protective measures) that may experience slight vibration, impact, condensed water, and electromagnetic interference (including gas meters installed with electronic auxiliary devices (see Appendix C) and gas meters with built-in mechanical gas temperature conversion devices (see Appendix D)).
Unless otherwise specified, the pressures mentioned in this standard refer to the pressure relative to atmospheric pressure (gauge pressure).
