Scope
This standard specifies the design objectives that should be met during the design process of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant with non-active safety systems (hereinafter referred to as "non-active nuclear power plants"), as well as the design principles, general design guidelines, and professional design guidelines that need to be followed to achieve these design objectives. This standard applies to the design of non-active nuclear power plants.
