本标准适用于抗震设防烈度为6~9度地区的现有建筑的抗震鉴定，不适用于新建建筑工程的抗震设计和施工质量的评定。抗震设防烈度，一般情况下，采用中国地震动参数区划图的地震基本烈度或现行国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》GB 50011规定的抗震设防烈度。古建筑和行业有特殊要求的建筑，应按专门的规定进行鉴定。注：本标准以下将“抗震设防烈度为6度、7度、8度、9度”简称“6度、7度、8度、9度”
