第一篇适用于含酸水解植物蛋白的调味品、肉及肉制品、婴幼儿配方食品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-MCPD)、2-氯-1,3-丙二醇(2-MCPD)、1,3-二氯-2-丙醇(1,3-DCP)和2,3-二氯-1-丙醇(2,3-DCP)含量的测定。
第二篇第一法和第二法适用于油脂及其制品、婴幼儿配方食品、乳及乳制品、水产动物及其制品、肉及肉制品、膨化食品、焙烤食品和油炸食品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇酯(3-MCPDE)、2-氯-1,3-丙二醇酯(2-MCPDE)和缩水甘油酯(GE)含量的测定,第三法适用于油脂及其制品中3-MCPDE、2-MCPDE和GE含量的测定。
