Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions related to the test method for the impact of carbon monoxide (CO) impurities in hydrogen on the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells, as well as the requirements for test platforms and instrumentation, pre-test preparations, test methods, and test reports. This standard applies to single proton exchange membrane fuel cells (hereinafter referred to as "fuel cells"). The volume fraction of impurities in hydrogen subject to the test method specified in this standard shall not be less than 1 μL/L.
