Scope
This section specifies the determination methods for the content of active aluminum in aluminum powder, the amount of active magnesium in magnesium powder, and the amount of active aluminum and magnesium in aluminum-magnesium alloy powder. This section is applicable to the determination of the content of active aluminum in aluminum powder, the amount of active magnesium in magnesium powder, and the amount of active aluminum and magnesium in aluminum-magnesium alloy powder. The determination range is: the mass fraction of active metals ≥78%.
