Scope
This document stipulates the identification and detection requirements for the co-processing of solid waste in cement kilns, the production and disposal requirements of cement kilns, the limits of heavy metal content in raw materials and clinker entering the kiln, the limits of leachable heavy metal content in clinker, detection methods and detection frequencies, and limits on air pollutant emissions and monitoring. This document is applicable to the production process, product control, and management of solid waste co-processing in cement kilns.
