Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of co-processing solid waste in cement kilns, the identification and detection of co-processed solid waste, the process technology and management requirements for disposal, the limits for heavy metal content in raw materials and clinker entering the kiln, as well as the limits for leachable heavy metal content in cement, detection methods, and detection frequency, etc.
This standard applies to the production process, product control, and management of co-processing dangerous waste, municipal solid waste (including waste plastics, waste rubber, waste paper, waste tires, etc.), urban and industrial sewage sludge, animal and plant processing waste, contaminated soil, and emergency waste in cement kilns.
The disposal of liquid waste (except for wastewater discharged into water bodies) can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
