Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, dimensions, and interfaces for grinding wheel chucks used for fixing flat grinding wheels.
This document applies to flat grinding wheels that comply with GB/T 4127.1, GB/T 4127.2, GB/T 4127.4, GB/T 4127.6, GB/T 4127.7, and GB/T 4127.8, and have an inner diameter to outer diameter ratio (H/D) greater than 0.2. It also applies to ultra-hard abrasives with ceramic or metal substrate cores of the same diameter as the grinding wheels specified in the aforementioned parts of GB/T 4127, regardless of the material of the substrate core.
This document applies to grinding wheels with a circumferential line speed of ≤50 m/s and a driving power of the grinding wheel spindle of ≤30 kW.
This document does not apply to grinding wheel chucks for cutting grinding wheels.
