Scope
This document specifies the test equipment, specimens, test procedures, high-temperature strain control creep-fatigue tests, result presentation, and test reports for the axial strain control method of fatigue testing of metal materials.
This document is applicable to uniaxial loading specimens with strain control under constant temperature and constant amplitude conditions and a strain ratio of Re=-1. This document can also be used to guide tests under other strain ratios Re and tests conducted at high temperatures where creep deformation may be active.
