GB/T 10059-2009 Electric lifts—Testing methods

Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for passenger elevators and freight elevators, including the whole machine and components.
This standard applies to power-driven traction elevators with a rated speed of not more than 6.0 m/s and power-driven forced elevators with a rated speed of not more than 0.63 m/s. For power-driven traction passenger elevators and freight elevators with a rated speed of more than 6.0 m/s, this standard can be referenced, and the parts that are not applicable shall be determined by the manufacturer in consultation with the customer.
This standard does not apply to hydraulic elevators, service elevators, and home elevators.
