Scope

This document, in conjunction with GB/T 40926.1, GB/T 40926.2, and GB/T 40926.3, jointly stipulates the performance requirements and test methods for ice hockey goalkeeper's head and face protective gear.
The reasonable performance confirmed by this document is as follows:
a) Materials, assembly, and design;
b) Protective area (range) and penetration resistance;
c) Shock absorption performance;
d) Resistance to ice hockey impact;
e) Wearing device performance;
f) Optical performance.
Note 1: The requirements of the clauses take precedence over the graphics.
Note 2: The purpose of this document is to reduce the risk of injury to the goalkeeper's head and face without compromising the competitive state and appeal of ice hockey.
