GB/T 26237.8-2022 Information technology—Biometric data interchange formats—Part 8:Finger pattern skeletal data

Scope

This document specifies the data exchange format for fingerprint recognition based on fingerprint skeletons, which is applicable to the field of automatic fingerprint recognition.
This document also specifies the compliance test methods, test assertions, and test procedures applicable to the data exchange format for fingerprint recognition based on fingerprint skeletons. The following have been established:
—— Test assertions based on the structure of the fingerprint skeleton data format specified in Chapters 7 and 8 of this document (Class A, Level 1 as defined in Appendix A of GB/T 26237.1—2022);
—— Test assertions for checking internal compatibility by detecting the type of each field of the fingerprint skeleton data (Class A, Level 2 as defined in Appendix A of GB/T 26237.1—2022);
—— Semantic assertion tests (Class A, Level 3 as defined in Appendix A of GB/T 26237.1—2022).
The compliance test methods specified in this document are not applicable to:
—— Tests of other features of biometric identification products or other types of tests (such as acceptability, performance, robustness, and security, etc.);
—— Compliance tests for systems that do not generate data records in accordance with the requirements of this document.
