本文件规定了管形荧光灯用镇流器、单端无极荧光灯用交流电子镇流器、金属卤化物灯用镇流器和高压钠灯用镇流器的能效等级、能效限定值及试验方法。本文件适用于额定电压220 V、频率50 Hz交流电源供电，标称功率为4 W~120 W的管形荧光灯用电感镇流器和电子镇流器，额定功率为30 W~400 W的外耦合单端无极荧光灯用电子镇流器，标称功率为20 W~1 500 W的金属卤化物灯用独立式和内装式电感镇流器、电子镇流器，标称功率为70 W~1 000 W的高压钠灯用独立式和内装式电感镇流器。本文件不适用于配合非预热启动荧光灯的电子镇流器以及构成集成式灯一部分的不可拆卸的镇流器。
