Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, models, structural types, and basic dimensions of LPG cylinder valves, technical requirements, inspection and testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation, etc.
This standard applies to LPG cylinder valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) with an ambient temperature of -40°C to +60°C and a nominal working pressure not exceeding 2.5 MPa.
Note: All pressures in this standard refer to gauge pressure.
