Scope

This standard specifies the methodological principles, reagents, equipment, samples, analytical procedures, calculation of analytical results, and allowable deviations for determining the content of calcium fluoride in fluorite. This standard includes two methods: EDTA titration, with a measurement range (mass fraction): w CaF2≥60%; and distillation potential titration, with a measurement range (mass fraction): w CaF2≥90%. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of calcium fluoride in fluorite.
