Scope
This standard specifies the normative requirements for the certification of restaurant catering services, including service requirements, management requirements, and certification evaluation requirements.
This standard applies to certification bodies conducting certification activities for restaurant catering services, as well as to restaurant catering service organizations regulating their service activities and to relevant parties of the organizations (such as industry associations) confirming their compliance.
This standard does not apply to non-formal dining services, including takeout delivery, fast food, group meals, buffets, and other service forms.
