Scope

This standard specifies the environmental conditions, design and manufacture, electromagnetic compatibility, electrical technical documents, and test conditions and inspection rules for the electrical equipment and systems of industrial robots.
This standard applies to the electrical equipment, electronic devices, and programmable electronic devices and systems of industrial robots (hereinafter referred to as "electrical equipment and systems"). The electrical equipment and systems of industrial robot systems/units can refer to this standard.
Note: The industrial robot electrical equipment and systems referred to in this standard generally include control equipment (control devices/controllers), drive devices (drives/drive units and servo motors), teaching boxes, communication interfaces, sensors, and electrical cabinets, etc.
