Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of recycled pulp, stipulates the product classification, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to recycled pulp used as raw materials for papermaking, but does not include waste paper fragments that have only undergone simple sorting, shearing, and packaging processing, etc.
