Scope

This standard specifies the general safety requirements for low-power motors.
This standard applies to low-power motors (hereinafter referred to as motors) specified in the GB/T 5171 "General Technical Conditions for Low-Power Motors" standard. Other similar motors can also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
This standard does not apply to control motors (such as servo motors, autopilots, rotary transformers, speed generators, induction phase shifters, etc.).
