This standard specifies the sampling methods and high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry detection methods for the detection of 14 quinolone drug residues in animal-derived foods. This standard is applicable to the determination and confirmation of the residues of 14 quinolone veterinary drugs, including enrofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, sarafloxacin, enrofloxacin, lomefloxacin, pipemidic acid, nalidixic acid, oxolinic acid, flumequine, cynoxacin, and sulfaquinoxacin, in animal-derived foods such as pork, pork liver, pork kidney, milk, and eggs by high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
