Scope
This standard specifies the good operating practices in the aspects of site selection and factory environment, buildings and facilities, machinery and equipment, management organizations and personnel, education and training, hygiene management, production process management, quality management, record and document management, labeling and marking, and the establishment and assessment of management systems for soybean product enterprises.
This standard applies to enterprises that produce and operate soybean-based food products, with soybeans or other miscellaneous beans as the main raw materials.
This standard does not apply to soybean protein production enterprises.
