Scope
This document specifies the general requirements for the upright road transport of gas cylinders and the transportation loading methods, as well as the technical requirements for transportation vehicles, loading and unloading operations, fixing, transportation operations, and emergency response. This document applies to the upright road transport of single gas cylinders with a nominal volume of less than or equal to 150 L, used for storing gases in bulk gas cylinders, vertical cluster devices, and container baskets. The upright road transport of welded insulated gas cylinders with a nominal volume greater than 150 L can be used as a reference.
