GB/T 40871-2021 Film laminated steel sheet and strip
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the classification and designations, dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates of plastic-coated steel sheets and strips, as well as processing and storage precautions. Note: Hot lamination refers to preheating the substrate with heating units such as drying ovens, electromagnetic induction boxes, or electromagnetic induction heating rollers, and then pressing the substrate and the film with a laminating roller to achieve the hot-melt bonding of the substrate and the film. This document is applicable to hot-laminated steel sheets and strips (hereinafter referred to as "laminated iron") with a substrate thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.60 mm and a film thickness of 12 μm to 70 μm, which are used in the manufacture of metal packaging containers.
