Scope

This part of GB/T 36669 specifies the items and methods for regular inspection of in-service hot-wall hydrogenation reactors. This part applies to in-service hot-wall hydrogenation reactors whose main materials are 14Cr1MoR (or other 1.25Cr0.5Mo steels), 12Cr2Mo1R (or other 2.25Cr1Mo steels), 12Cr2Mo1VR (or other 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steels) and other chromium-molybdenum steels, and those with anti-corrosion layers welded on the inner surface. Equipment with similar process conditions, materials, and structural forms to hydrogenation reactors can refer to this part for use. This part is not applicable to the regular inspection of in-service cold-wall hydrogenation reactors.
