Scope
This standard specifies the service resources, service policies, service content and requirements, service promotion, cooperation and sharing, and service performance evaluation for public libraries serving children and adolescents aged 0 to 18.
This standard applies to public libraries at the county (district) level and above (including children's libraries). Township (street) and village (community) libraries (reading rooms) as well as grassroots service points of various public libraries organized by social forces may refer to and implement it accordingly.
